"I came away with a far better understanding of myself..."
A little over a year ago, I decided to engage a career coach to help me position myself for some specific roles I was seeking. I remembered hearing Jackie speak at a conference I had attended a couple of years prior (when she was still with Koya Leadership Partners), and so I reached out and quickly hired her. Boy did I underestimate what I was getting! Jackie did indeed help me position myself better - improving my resume and my LinkedIn profile, helping me better articulate my strengths, and so forth. But her coaching began with helping me really explore what I was looking for - what would use my strengths, and really be engaging for me. I came away with a far better understanding of myself, and with a greater level of confidence in my own abilities and a stronger understanding of what distinguishes me as a candidate. She helped me think through opportunities as they came up, and to position myself for them. And then when I did accept a new position, we spent some time talking through how best to make the transition. I recommend Jackie without hesitation.

"Her input has been invaluable..."
"I am so grateful for Radical Spark Coaching and the support of Jackie as I launched my new business over the past six months. Her input has been invaluable as we think about growing our business, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing challenges as they arise. More importantly, Jackie has helped me think deeply about my own role as a leader and how to build my skills and leadership toolkit. The things we work on together really help me identify where I can have the greatest impact as a leader. She is a combination of cheerleader and critical thought partner - pushing me to think about myself and my company in new ways. She is the first person I want to call when I'm facing a struggle or challenge, because I know she will set me on the right course to face it. And it isn't just a bunch of navel-gazing introspection; Jackie has real concrete ideas I can put into action immediately. She's also a great connector to others in her network. Her support is absolutely worth the investment, and more!"

“But the real magic is when she empowers you...”
Jackie is passionate about helping you find your next fit in your career -- where you can contribute, grow, and thrive. She'll help you uncover what your biggest priorities are in a role, as well as the strengths you'll bring to your next organization. But the real magic is when she empowers you to bring these lofty themes into powerful cover letters, resumes, and conversations that let these aspects shine.

“Unfailingly encouraging AND challenging.”
Jackie redefines invaluable. She is incomparable at balancing care, honesty, and deadlines. She is, to me, the epitome of holistic kindness: she will say the hard thing because it's what the person needs to hear to become a better version of themselves. Because she is so warm and considerate, she can lean into conflict and get to the root of the problems in a way that makes people feel respected, heard, and yet still challenged to change.I guess I can best say it like this. If I had to build a team to do...anything...I'd want Jackie on it. Building a bridge, starting a school, surviving the apocalypse...whatever it is, I'd want Jackie there. Her incisive vision, her relentless optimism married to unwavering pragmatism, and her gentle strength are invaluable in any and all circumstances.
As a coach, Jackie is unfailingly encouraging AND challenging. She reminds you where you are strong, pushes you where you can grow, and gets you to ask yourself the questions you put off but need to find an answer to. She is your part cheerleader, part drill instructor, and part therapist. I guess I can best say it like this.
