Meet your coach, Jackie, and set the tone for your career reset. In this opening session, you'll ground yourself in gratitude, explore what’s within your control, and begin to build a mindset of abundance. This is your moment to pause, reflect, and step into your next chapter with intention.
-
Lesson 1.2 - Let's Get Grounded
This session invites you to slow down and get real. Through a grounding activity, you’ll begin to quiet judgment, speak your truth, and connect with your thoughts, feelings, and intuition—without pressure to “get it right.”
-
Lesson 1.3 - Taking Time to Reflect
Before you move forward, it’s essential to look back with curiosity, not judgment. In this session, you’ll revisit your career journey, reconnect with what once lit you up, and reflect on how your experiences have shaped your values, motivations, and legacy. You’ll uncover what still matters, and what you’re ready to leave behind.
-
Lesson 1.4 - The Four Spaces of Goal Setting
In this session, you’ll learn to set goals that reflect who you are now, not who you used to be or who others expect you to be. Jackie will guide you through the Four Spaces of Goals (Professional, Person, Partner, and Parent) helping you create intentions that are meaningful, flexible, and aligned with your growth. It’s time to stop performing and start mapping your goals to the moment.

Through a color-coded reflection exercise, you’ll start to name what lights you up, what no longer fits, and what you’re curious to explore next.
-
Lesson 2.2 - Embracing Your Non-Negotiables
In this lesson, you’ll shift from scarcity to abundance by identifying the conditions that set you up for success. Through a structured reflection process, you’ll name your personal non-negotiables across four key areas: mission, culture, leadership, and logistics.
-
Lesson 2.3 - Exploring the Possibilities
In this session, you'll begin exploring real-world opportunities from a place of curiosity, not pressure. By job “shopping” and analyzing descriptions, even those outside your preferred location, you'll begin gathering inspiration, language, and clarity about where your skills and joy align.
-
Lesson 2.4 - Focus on You
You’ve done meaningful work—now take a moment to reflect. This session invites you to check in with what you're thinking, feeling, and knowing as you integrate the insights from your JAM, non-negotiables, and curiosity practice.

Your LinkedIn is often the first impression you make online. This lesson helps you simplify, personalize, and strategically update your profile so it reflects your strengths, supports your JAM (Joyous Areas of Me), and opens doors without feeling overwhelming or inauthentic.
-
Lesson 3.4 – Job Search Resources
In this lesson, you'll get introduced to a curated, ever-evolving job resource list filled with recruiters, boards, and tools to keep your search aligned with your JAM and mapping to the moment. Learn why talking to recruiters (even when it's not the right fit) can be a powerful networking move.
