Jackie Hanselmann Sergi

Jackie is a highly accomplished professional with a distinguished career in coaching and leadership development. Holding the esteemed International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification and a graduate of the Co-Active Coaches Training Institute (CTI) showcase her commitment to excellence in the coaching field. As an Executive Coach for the Yale School of Management – The Broad Center, Jackie plays a pivotal role in nurturing Broad Residency Fellows and Alumni, contributing significantly to the development of future education leaders. Her expertise also extends to Silicon Valley, where she served as a Strive Executive Leadership Coach for tech executives and their teams, guiding them in enhancing their leadership capabilities and building a healthy internal culture.

Jackie's influence transcends organizational boundaries, as evidenced by her roles as a Coach in Residence for both PEAK Grantmaking and All In Education. Her reputation as a preferred coach of choice across diverse sectors underscores her impactful contributions. Beyond her professional achievements, Jackie is a published author and contributes to the coaching community through her association with Après Group. Throughout her extensive career journey, Jackie has held key positions such as Senior Director at Koya Leadership Partners, where she led talent strategy, sourcing, recruitment, and career exploration. Her roles as National Program Director and National Expansion Manager for Stand For Children involved overseeing executive and leadership coaching, training and development, program and people management, organizer training, and strategic expansion. In her capacity as Talent Sourcing Director at The K12 Search Group, Jackie managed career exploration and talent sourcing. Prior roles include National Recruitment Manager and Interim Director of Recruitment and Admission for Education Pioneers, focusing on talent strategy, sourcing, recruitment, and strategic outreach.
Jackie's non-profit journey began at The Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation, where she ascended from Executive Assistant for the Managing Director to Program Coordinator with a focus on the national leadership grant portfolio. Before her non-profit career, Jackie's diverse experiences encompassed roles as a corporate trainer in the hospitality sector, developing internet sales strategy in the automobile industry, and providing leadership and risk management consulting for Zeta Tau Alpha, a women's collegiate fraternity. Jackie's career trajectory stands as a testament to her unwavering commitment to coaching, leadership development, and her multifaceted impact across various sectors.
