Thankful for my time with Koya Leadership Partners... this gift is on my wall to remind me of my time managing a team of eight managers and associates in six cities...
This week marks a major week for Radical Spark Coaching and me. In so many ways this feels like a graduation as I move on to focus on building my own coaching firm Radical Spark Coaching. The last four years with Koya Leadership Partners have been full of building, learning, growing, and exploration. I began my time at Koya fairly burnt out from years as an education reform nonprofit road warrior, ready to use my talent, network, and tenacity to help find the right person for the right to place to change the world. Through the work of Koya, I was able to live that statement through my search work and my internal support work building systems and having the honor of managing one of the finest groups of talented women.
Throughout my time with Koya, I've had the honor to work with many amazing organizations, leaders, candidates, thought partners, and colleagues. Coaching and building relationships are in my DNA. This transition is one that was long discussed and hoped for with the Koya team as I completed my coaching program, achieved accreditation, and returned from maternity leave after kiddo #2. My connection with Koya will remain as I transition fully into a Coach in Residence role for them while focusing on my own portfolio of clients.
My life's purpose is to be the radical spark that ignites the passion for possibilities in others from organizational leaders, new managers, new parents finding their footing, to people in a time of career transition. Simply put, I help folks get out of their own way both professionally and personally. So now let the fun truly begin as I take this leap, own my strengths, and embrace the abundance that surrounds me.
